Kazinga Channel
In conjunction with Queen Elizabeth National Park, Kazinga Channel is situated in the Kasese area, about 420 kilometers from Kampala City. The 32 km-long natural canal connects Lake George and Lake Edward, two freshwater bodies. The Kasenyi Plains and North Kazinga are the two sections of the Kazinga Channel. The Kasenyi Plains are great for tracking lions, and both sections of the Kazinga Channel are fantastic locations to watch sporting events.
